When we talk we are creating minute vibrations
When we talk we are creating minute vibrations - Energy Healing - Healing Courses Onlin
It is suggested that when we talk, shout, sing, chant or hum we are creating minute vibrations. These are transferred to the brain by bone conduction and magnify within cavities and membrane structures. Research in vibroacoustics and its applications shows that this non-invasive therapy can reduce pain and symptoms of disease, induce relaxation and can assist in the body’s rehabilitation process.  It is suggested that transcutaneously applied music vibration activates pain suppressives.

The fundamental principal of vibroacoustic therapy is to use frequencies within the human hearing range. The most strongly felt frequencies are the lower frequencies which appear to contribute to a more relaxing experience and relief of pain.

(30 Hz - 120 Hz); Vibrational frequencies between 30 Hz and 120 Hz are therapeutic.
(40Hz - 80 Hz); The most beneficial of these being between 40 Hz and 80 Hz.
(50 Hz - 150 Hz); It is shown that pain relief in musculoskeketal pain was found to be greatest between 50 Hz and 150 Hz. Pain relief was sufficient when applied in close proximity to the area where the pain was experienced and was shown to be more effective over large areas of the body

(60 Hz – 300 Hz);  60 Hz – 300 Hz range of frequencies have the greatest ration of mediation release.
(60 Hz – 600 Hz); It was shown that 60 Hz- 600 Hz provides optimal relief of pain at specific amplitudes.
(60 Hz – 600 Hz);  It is shown that 60 Hz – 600 Hz stimulates Pacinian Corpuscles, nerve endings distributed in the skin that mediate sensations including pain, pressure and itch, and also precipitates a reduction in pain.

Pacinian Corpuscles can react to stimulations of frequencies in the range of  60 Hz – 600 Hz inhibiting the pain response in the brain.

(20 Hz – 70 Hz); It has been reported that a combination of sedative music and pulsed sinusoidal low frequency tones of 20 Hz – 70 Hz proved to produce relaxation and reductions in blood pressure and heart rate. It also proved to be effective in relaxing muscle tone.

In vibroacoustics research indicates that whist familiar music may be beneficial, it is possible that familiar music may not stimulate the body physically, where specifically designed vibroacoustic music may.It has been shown that the primary outcome of the vibroacoustic  experience is that it initiates a state of deep relaxation. This physical, emotional and mental state is characterised by a lowering of blood pressure, a decrease in heart rate, a decrease in breathing and metabolic rates.

Vibroacoustic therapy sessions trigger relaxation response which in turn benefits the reduction of pain and symptoms such as tension, headaches, anxiety, depression and nausea

These are the ranges of frequencies discussed in the above researches and references.
(20 Hz –   70 Hz)
(30 Hz – 120 Hz)
(40 Hz –   80 Hz)
(50 Hz – 150 Hz)
(60 Hz – 300 Hz)
(60 Hz – 600 Hz)

See the list below of all the frequencies supplied on this course for use with vibroacoustic therapy using a vibroacoustic table, chairs, mats or other products.

Alternatively these frequencies can be used with a self assembled Biosound style table using Vibroacoustic therapy. . (Please view the video on ‘assembling and making your own vibration therapy table, using transducers, CD player and amplifier).

16 frequencies were created using tuning forks
4 frequencies were created using Tibetan  bowls
8 frequencies were created using a tone generator
