It is important when using our voice as a healing instrument that we are aware of just how powerful the sounds and vibrations are that are projected from our core being by our lungs via our voice box.

By liberating our voices and freely expressing our innermost feelings we can initiate a healing process within our physiological body. There is a sense of freedom unleashed from our body when we allow ourselves to express our emotions vocally. Most of us do this unwittingly and unconsciously without realising we are doing this.
